i’ve been trying to get pregnant for about 5-6 months and i’ve heard about putting a pillow under your bottom but is there anything else you can do to help get you pregnant?

we started to blah blah blah we didnt have sex- no. i wont do that with him for a while. but anywho, he came. and i think some got in my pants a little. like i dont know if it went up there, but how far does the sperm have to go into the vagina for a women to get pregnant?

OK, my husband is sterile and there is no way he could ever get me pregnant. We want children and I want to try to have them on my own before we consider adopting. From what i understand i would have to go to the doctors and have the sperm planted and so on. I have heard that this is a very expensive procedure. Is there a cheaper way to do it? Can you just walk in to a sperm bank and buy some sperm? Oh and i dont want to go sleep with a random person to do it.
