and after how long is it time to see a fertility specialist? any tips on sure shot ways to get pregnant besides the ovulation day thing?

I had my mirena in since January 10, 2007 and just had it removed this month on the 18th. I wanted to know how long it took some of you to get pregnant. We do want another baby and want to start trying as soon as possible. Whens the best time to start trying. Thank you.
