I am TTC and I am one day late for my period. I have taken a hpt and got a negative. How long can it take to get a positive? This would be my first time pregnant. I have had sore breasts, swollen dark nipples and tons of veins all over my breasts.

because my period is 2 weeks late, and im always hungry, like ill eat a big meal, and almost an hour later my stomach will be growling again, i dont know whats going on. and im starting to get a belly kind of. but i never had sex before. so its not possible for me to be pregnant right? i know this sounds weird, but im just kind of scared. any ideas as to whats going on?

Just 3 minutes ago, I found out that male seahorses give birth. I’m wondering how this works — how the male gets pregnant from the female seahorses? Are their bodily organs swapped — from what we’re normally used to seeing on humans and most animals (you know).

im due for my birth control shot on aug 2 and me and my husband have decided we are ready to start our family so how soon do u think i can get pregnant after getting off the shot soon?? or a few months?

I have been reading a few books recently that speak of concubines or mistresses to emperors and rulers, and I was wondering how the woman did not get pregnant? I understand that they obviously did sometimes, and the rulers could have many children from many of his mistresses or other wives, but they did not always get pregnant, even though they were contuniously sexually active with the rulers. So I’m asking was it really just luck that some didn’t get pregnant?
And just to add I’m already aware that this sounds like a pretty stupid question to ask. I’ve just been wondering for awhile now.

I’ve gotten past the birth fear and I realize once I start trying it doesn’t always happen over night but everytime I say let’s try I freak out and change my mind last second. Is it normal? I really want to start my family soon how can I help this stupid fear from getting in my way?

Well I only got this shot once and was due for another one July 22 and it’s the 25th now so Im worried if I could be pregnant.,, how likely is that?? And any information On this shot is needed thanks )
