Heres a list of tips that im aware of that will be very helpful in your journey to conception but be aware these help and increase your chances but its not a garantee wanting a baby too much will stop you getting pregnant full stop so relax and enjoy!!!!
Start taking folic acid now. You reduce your chances of giving birth to a baby with a neural tube defect (for example, anencephaly or spina bifida) by 50% to 70% if you start taking at least 0.4 mg of folic acid each day two to three months before you start trying to conceive.
Try to keep sex fun when you’re trying to conceive. Use rooms other than the bedroom or schedule your babymaking rendezvous for an odd time of day. The rationale? You won’t be able to keep up the babymaking pace for very long if sex starts feeling like a chore.
Don’t hop up and run to the bathroom right after you make love. Lying down for at least a few minutes (some fertility experts say five minutes) after intercourse increases the odds that the sperm will be able to keep their date with the awaiting egg and that you’ll win at baby roulette.
Make love often during your fertile period (the five days leading up to ovulation). If you’ve got the stamina to make love at least every 48 hours, you will ensure that there’s a fresh shipment of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube at any given time. Of course, you can get too much of a good thing if your partner has a low sperm count, so if you’re aware of a pre-existing fertility problem, you’ll want to talk this issue over with your fertility specialist.
Keep in mind that babymaking is a numbers game. Even if you do everything "right," you still have only a 25% to 30% chance of conceiving in any given cycle.
Are you a coffee drinker? Time to give it up or switch to decaf! Caffeine is thought to restrict the growth of a developing baby by constricting blood vessels and reducing blood flow to the uterus. What’s more, a few studies have indicated that excessive consumption of caffeine (that is, more than three cups of drip coffee per day) may contribute to fertility problems. The jury is still out on this last point, however.
Are you or your partner regularly exposed to hazardous substances in the workplace? You may need to consider a job change or job modification before you start your family. Certain substances can affect both the quality of sperm and the development of the embryo.
Have you had your preconception checkup yet? Set up an appointment with your doctor to review your medical history and to talk about your plans to start trying to conceive.
Are you currently taking any prescription or over-the-counter drugs? Be sure to ask your doctor if it’s safe for you to continue taking them once you start trying to conceive.
If you aren’t already doing so, start keeping a menstrual calendar. Note the date when your period starts, the number of days it lasts, and anything else your doctor might want to know about. This information could prove helpful if you experience problems in conceiving. It can also prove invaluable in pinpointing the date of conception — and consequently your due date.
Try to book the last appointment of the day for your preconception checkup. That’s when your doctor or midwife is most likely to be able to take the time to answer your questions and address your concerns without feeling rushed to go on to the next patient.
Make your vaginal environment as sperm-friendly as possible. Avoid vaginal sprays and scented tampons (which can cause a pH imbalance in your vagina); artificial lubricants, vegetable oils, and glycerin (because they can kill off sperm); saliva (because saliva can also kill sperm); and douching (because it alters the normal acidity of the vagina; can cause vaginal infections and/or pelvic inflammatory disease; and may wash away the cervical mucus that is needed to transport the sperm).
If you’re monitoring your cervical mucus in an attempt to predict your most fertile days, do your checks before you shower, bathe, or swim. These activities can all affect the quantity and quality of your cervical mucus.
more sex
you cant rush your body into getting pregnant. You will get there when ur body’s good and ready. The best time to concieve is about 2 weeks after menstruation and definetly not just after or just before!! Good luck xx
just enjoy having unprotected sex… it will happen
Research online to determine when your most fertile time is, and then use ovulation sticks to really nail it down. Once you’ve figured out exactly when you ovulate, get-it-on with hubby a couple days in a row.
Immediately after each "session" with hubby, prop your lower back up with a few pillows and put legs in the air to help get his boys to their destination quickly. Have fun, and good luck!!
Have sex every day.
have sex for 14 days before your period hun
sadly there is not much that can make us concieve quicker.if there was id have bout 10 by now.the first time i become pregnant it took 5 months but sadly my son was born 14 weeks premature and died 6 weeks after his birth.5 weeks ago i miscarried after ttc for 18 months after only one day of knowin i was pregnant.u know most couples can take up to 2 years to have a baby.what i can tell u is the more obsessed u r bout gettin pregnant, the less it seems to happen i know i was there for 18 long months then miscarried.just keep tryin and never give up.all the best.
after sex lay so that your pelvis area is higher than the rest of your body and stay in that position for as long as you can. that way the ‘you know what’ doesn’t all come out the second you stand up.
Invitro fertilization is the quickest method I know but after only 3 months it isn’t likely a doctor will suggest that at this time. Keep trying and try to relax. Get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" to help you learn how to chart your basal body temperature to find out for sure when you are ovulating and to determine other possible problems. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year and my doctor recommended I start charting. I have completed 2 months of charting and just from that she has now ordered a progesterone level blood test because she thinks that is the problem. She recommended my husband get a sperm analysis first and he did and that was ok. Just talk to your doctor to let him/her know you are trying, take vitamins, eat healthy exercise, no smoking, drinking or drugs (for both of you) and get the book. It answers alot of questions. Plus you seem to have a while to try you are not even married yet. Just relax. Start to worry after a year. Good Luck.
Have a good night out. Relax, and forget about the baby thing. Have a good night of loving, and see what happens.
b a prostitute
lol
Congratulations on making the decision to have a baby! For some this is a difficult and long road, but for others, it happens quickly with little effort. Here is some information that I hope will help you and your fiance.
First, some numbers: 50% of couples will get pregnant within the first 6 months of trying, and 80% will get pregnant within the first year of trying. As far as the numbers go, you don’t have anything to worry about.
Second, some tips: Avoid the following (both of you) – Smoking, drinking alcohol, illegal drugs, check all medications with a pharmacist to make sure they are "safe" and do not interfere with fertility, avoid hot tubs/baths/showers (warm water is fine, but hot water can kill sperm and increase your body temp too much), have your partner wear boxers instead of briefs, and make sure his pants don’t fit too tightly (both hamper production of sperm), learn to know when you are most fertile (getting ready to ovulate) so you can make sure to "do the baby dance" at the right time, both of you should be taking a daily multi-vitamin that contains 800 mcg of folic acid (yes, he needs it too), if you have a regular 28 day cycle, baby dance on the following days 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19 to increase your odds of getting pregnant. (if you have a 30 day cycle, baby dance on days 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 21.
My best tip of all – don’t let trying to get pregnant ruin your relationship! It might seem like that is the last thing it can do, but I have seen many relationships fail because getting pregnant became the only concern. Love each other, have fun with each other, and have sex with each other any time you want to. Don’t make the mistake of "saving it up" for your most fertile time.
lots of sex and dont rush off to the bathroom straight after just tilt your hips so the sperm has a better chance of travelling rather than spilling
folic acid?? good diet? less alcohol? if you have sex daily you should change to every second day, or if you do not have sex regularly you should increse it. hope everything goes well for you…im trying too!! lol.
yes don’t think about having a baby, and all so full fat food like milk and ice cream not loads of it tho and you will get pregnant it worked for me
days ur ovulation take ya prenatel pills i-e folic acid and have sex

Count the days from the day your period start to the day your period completely ( no bleeding at all) wait for 7 days and then you are ready to conceive. for instance if your period starts on the first it will end roughly by the 5th or the 7th wait till14th and have intercourse for 7 days but not more than once a day. ask your partner to increase count by the 14th. after the 25ht don’t have intercourse at all. If you want more precise dates and details feel free to contact me.
keep having sex and a good diet
