My husband and I finally decided to try to have a baby! We are so excited!
I’m working on charting my cycles and and keeping tabs on ovulation and all the different stuff you are supposed to do to time getting pregnant.
I was wondering if there was anything else I can do to help things along?
Have any positions proven more effective for anyone?
How long did it take for any mothers out there to conceive?
Any things as far as diet or lifestyle that will help?
How often should we have sex around ovulation?

I knew my period is irregular since I found out last January after i didn’t get pregnant at first was last December and January.

My last period of first day was on the 29th of Marchand until 2nd April, 2011. My partner and I had been sex: 5th -8th, 11th – 14th, 16th -19th, and 21th per day each week and sometimes on weekend of this month before my period starts, but my period started today even I don’t feel nothing like cramp not same like I usually got cramp when it started. I was like we tried to get pregnant twice times.

What is your suggest for me to do ? Is that a good idea for me on top of my partner mostly? or Is that better for missionary or doggstyle position? How long will it take for me to stay lying down?

I am 8w1d pregnant and wake up during the night and find myself sleeping on my back. I actually find it more comfortable to lay on my back. I have been trying to lay on my left side to get used to what is best, but it’s hard to stay in that position the whole night. I’m just curious.. is it unsafe to lay on my back for a few hours at 8 weeks pregnant?

When the sperm is released close to the cervix opening? And if you prop up your legs after sex? No I’m not a 16 year old trying to get prego, I’m older. Yes I’m responsible, and yes we have stable jobs.
Best positions? And, while ovulating, is it more possible to get pregnant if you have sex more than once in that period of time?
My boyfriend is working in construction, making about 0 a week, and also part time at a mini mart. I’m working as a cashier.

me and my boyfriend have been trying since jan or feb i cant remember, anyways we have sex whenever we can and its pretty often like everyday, and we dont drink any more soda, we stopped so we can concieve, its not working out to well, we tried all the positions to get pregnant, and that dont work either, is it me or my boyfriend that is having problems?
i dont know if i have been ovulating cuz i dont have very much mucus down there like i used to

ok i understnad missionary is great for getting pregnant but is there another way without any damage or getting hurt to both the couple, so that it wouldnt be hard to get pregnant. also is it hard for bbw to get pregnant?

i dont want to go into detale but having a little issue. he only likes it the one way. iv mentioned trying somethn new and he tried a couple times but says hes not comfterble. i dont want to make him uncomfterble but im honesly board with the same way every time. we have been trying to get pregnant for two years now. but its hard to get in the mood. i just dont know what to do without hurting his feelings. any advice

secure? I’ve been with my husband for about 10 years. We have a good income, living in a beautiful apartment, have masters degrees. But we don’t own a home just yet. It seems like it may be a few years off until we do. Also. we’ve traveled a little bit, but there are still some places on our list of places to go around the world. Also,most of our friends are not even married yet.

Recently, I started getting the baby itch! I really would love to become a mother. My husband has even recently been mentioning how he wants children (biiig turn around from him just a few years ago when he was afraid to even mention having a child). I just don’t know if we should try now or wait.

Is it better to go with our feelings or to wait until other aspects of our life are more settled?
