I have been having sex with this girl here at the University of Texas at Austin regularly for about 2 months now since I met her at a party my Frat was having, and she just told me she is pregnant and that she wants to keep it. I’m 22 years old and I haven’t even graduated college yet so I want her to get an abortion. I am willing to pay for it and everything. She’s just another student here and isn’t even my girlfriend. It was just a sex thing. I mean I wore a condom, but it broke. I thought I pulled out quick enough, but apparently not. If my Dad back home in Houston finds out I got a girl knocked up, he’s gonna stop paying for my tuition, my apartment, all my living expenses, my credit cards, and my truck, as well as the fact I won’t get a position in my Dad’s petroleum drilling company when I graduate. I get more than enough money from my Dad each month, and I have more than enough left over after my living expenses, so I can afford to pay for her to end the pregnancy, and I told her this, but she is adamant she is keeping the kid. I’m not ready to be a Daddy yet, I mean I’m not even done with college. I’m screwed, I don’t want this kid. I’m just wondering how I can try and convince her of what I want her to do and to see my point of view, without actually sounding mean to her about it? Can I get a court order to make her get an abortion? Or if she does keep it, can I just sign over my rights? I don’t want this kid. It was purely a sex thing.

I even offered to take her down to Mexico so I could get her an abortion, that way it would be on the quiet, but again she refused. Nuevo Laredo and the Border are only a few hours away from Austin anyway. She claims I’m the only guy she’s slept with lately. If she keeps this kid, she’s ruining the next 18 or so years of my life now, and I don’t know how I can convince her to get rid of it. Again, I’m not ready to be a Daddy yet and I don’t want her to have the kid. Oh, and I don’t need to be told I should have just kept it in my boxers.

im 28 and me and my husband want a baby is there a best position to get pregnant?

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child, and it is obvious that I am pregnant. I have an interview tomorrow for a job that I have been eying for 2 years. I really want this job, but am extremely nervous b/c I am pregnant. The position is for a behavior consultant for the county, with the bulk of the workload being during the school year. After my 6 weeks off, I would be returning to the job right when school was beginning. I am unsure if the particular job is year-round, or follows a typical teacher/therapist schedule with summers off. I am able to work up until I give birth, as I did with my other children. With my first, I was unable to afford childcare with my salary and therefore stayed home and continued my education to become a teacher. With my second, I returned to work after 7 weeks. With this child, I plan on only taking the required time off, as well as being available for meetings and trainings as needed while I am off. How do I portray that I feel I am the right person for the job, even though I will be requiring a small amount of time off in 2 1/2 months?

I also have another issue regarding the interview. I left a teaching job a year ago for personal reasons. I interviewed for other teaching positions, but did not get the job. During my time off I reevaluated my career path and have decided which way I want to go. I did take a small job at a daycare to help ends meet. While I was at the daycare, I was let go due to too many missed days (my children got very sick during the winter and I did not have adequate backup, as well as my son needing surgery and asking off for time for doctors appts and surgery recovery) and I was unable to perform my job duties (b/c of the pregnancy). While they did not come out and say they let me go because I was pregnant, their reasons were all stemmed around not being able to do certain things (due to the pregnancy, which I had previously discussed with them) and missed days. I am, however, able to perform all of the job tasks of the job I am interviewing for and now have adequate backup for my children if they become sick. How do I explain this to the interviewer and turn the negative into positive?

I want to make a good impression, and really want this position. I feel I am the right person for the job, but have a couple of obstacles to overcome to show the interviewer. Thank you in advance for any suggestions anyone has!

I just got my period today. My husband & I been trying to get pregnant for a while now. I wanted to know if there was any tips on trying to get pregnant, are there any signs in the body that shows its a good time to get pregnant. Me and my husband have been trying for a few months now hes mexican so you know them they want kids right away, so every time I get my period and I tell him he get so frustrated, and mad at me like is my fault so I think he made my uterus depress!

I get my period regular on the 2-5 always one of those days, they last from 3-6 days depending on the flow amount. I’m willing to do anything that I can for at least 2-3 months because he wants me to go to the doctor but I’m afraid that the news are bad, I don’t think I could handle the doctor saying that I was the problem, I know if is my husband I will support him and love him anyway but… is very hard for us woman is way harder… please help me gimme me some suggestions or ideas.
