I have not used any form of birth control for almost two years. Now we were not trying to have a baby but we werent preventing it either. I never got pregnant in that two years. But now me and my husband really want to try for a baby but I am nervous that maby I wont be able to get pregnant since I havent gotten pregnant this whole time. Any tips on what I could do to help me get pregnant.

My wife has decided to undergo a tubal ligation surgery to stop her from having a baby. She has had that operation seven years ago. However, now we decided to have another baby, therefore I am trying to seek any professional advice to see if there is any possibility for my wife and I to have one more baby. However, I think my husband is sterile due to late onset chicken pox when he was 16. We are both ready to have kids. I want to get pregnant, but obviously that’s not happening with him. We have been TTC since Sept 2008, and in April I had an eptopic pregnancy in my ovary which they had to remove during emergency surgery. Dr. said I should wait until after I had 3 normal periods before trying again. Well tomorrow will be our 1st fertile day to try. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help us get pregnant? Or any helpful ideas on things I can take besides prenatal vits or yams?
