Been married a few years, trying to have kids, no luck yet. I have irregular cycles and go on and off birth control but it doesn’t help. Any advice on how I can get pregnant now? Tips to make it work, quirky ideas, anything you’ve heard or tried?

My husband have been together for 2 years and have been trying to conceive but still no luck. Ive never been on birth control. we’ve tried every position that supposedly work but no luck. Im getting a little desperate, im starting to think something is wrong with me.

Its soon to be 6 months that we have been ttc.. I knnow the obvious ones, like missionary and doggy style, and to lay with my hips elevated for half an hour or so.. But are there any other tips anyone can give me? Nothing stupid please, as I would like proper answers, to help my husband and I conceive..
I have a 30-31 day cycle.. I’m on day 6, so got a while yet, but we have sex everyday anyway lol, but any info would be appreciated!
