i been trying to get pregnant and its really hard im 17 idk if its cause my eggs aren’t mature can you help me with some answers !

I havent had sexual intercourse in 6 months now and I was considering having sex with my boyfriend. Thing is that we want to get pregnant. How do you know when you are ovulating & most fertile?

I had my tubal in 2002 and have since met my husband. He has no children and we would love to have one or more together. I have heard that sometimes tubals become ineffective after 5 years or more. Is this true? What about fertility drugs? Are there any ways to get pregnant without the surgery?

We really don’t want to do the reversal. Isn’t there a way to get the sperm cells and have them implanted?

Ive already researched and folic acid dont work. im not trying faternal meds bc could cause birth defects. theres 9 sets of twins in my family. I have had 3 children singles each time and want this to be final pregnancy. we have a good steady income and lots of family support.

I have just had a baby (number 4) and have been reading all of the leaflets they give you, it says it is not physically possible to get pregnant in the 21 days after childbirth, and I was just curious as to why.
