My friend really wants to get pregnant but she doesn’t want to have sex with her boyfriend. Is there any other way she can get pregnant without having sex ? Shed 24 her boyfriend is 27.

Im young 19 years old and healthy . No matter how hard me and my hubby try i just cant seem to get pregnant!. We have sex all the time and several times on my fertile days. I have a normal 28 day cycle so i should ovulate around the 14th day.

I really want a baby so badly , is there any type of tricks or vitamins i can take to make me more likely to get pregnant??

I’m 22 and a mommy of 2 beautiful girls (3yrs old & 6wks old). I am breastfeeding my 6wk old. I started out at 115lbs before I got pregnant with my 3yr old and I got all the way up to 178lbs. Right before I got pregnant with my 6wk old I finally got down to 122lbs. While pregnant with her I got up to 155lbs (I did alot better weight wise the second time lol). Now I’m at 140lbs and I want to get back in shape in time for summer. I want to get down to at least 120lbs but would really love to get to 115lbs (I’m only 5′3 by the way). What are some good cardio exercises for a new mom. I don’t have any help with watching the girls and I have to keep an eye on my 3yr old with the new baby (even when the baby is sleeping) bc she is always always wanting to hold her and constantly trying to lol. I do have a stationary bike… What do you think of my fitness plan?::

Daily:
-30 minutes on bike in morning (while baby naps)
-30 minutes on bike in evening (while baby naps)

Mon,Wed,Fri:
-Crunches
-Pushups
-Squats

Do you think I will get in shape by this summer? I have a "muffin top" and I am really self conscious about it. I also want to tone my legs, butt, & build some arm strength. How long do you think it will take me to get down to 120lbs?
