My partner and i have a beautiful baby girl who just turned one. We have been trying to get pregnant since she was three months old, but it just doesn’t seem to be happening. I would really appreciate some advice or tips on increasing my chances

First of all, "lots of sex" ha ha ha! But seriously you might wanna buy a kit to find out when you are ovulating, they usually have it in drug stores were the condoms are at. Good Luck! and I hope your next one is a boy!
have sex
the most important thing is to have intercourse around ovulation day, if you have regular cycles (every 28-30 days) you’ll ovulate 2 weeks after the first day of your period, you can learn more about this and ask doctors online for free, try fertilityties.com
good luck!!!!
I took the pill for a month and when my period started instead of taking the sugar pills I took the regular pills and my period stopped. My husband and I had sex and boom…I got pregnant.
I’d just keep on doing what your doing.. You shouldn’t have any trouble having kids since you have a little girl.. Each cycle you have a 25 percent chance of concieving. It will most likely happen for you again!
Unprotected sex 5 times a day every day
Hey Krystal! I’m very happy for you that you have a beautiful family. It took me 7 years to complete my family. I have 2 beautiful, healthy girls, now aged 18 and 14, but during those 7 years, I also lost 5 babies through miscarriage and had 1 baby who was stillborn. A woman’s body is an amazing thing, and seems to know when it’s ready to nurture life and when it’s not. Personally, I think our good God oversees this wondrous process and when the time is right and your body is ready, you will have another beautiful baby. My advice to you just now, take it or leave it, as you please, is to relax, enjoy your little girl while she’s a baby (they grow up SO fast!) and when you least expect it you’ll fall pregnant again. Just enjoy lovemaking with your partner and forget about making babies for a while. We tried this and it really works! One question: are you breastfeeding your little girl? If you are, then that could be your answer. Lactation prevents ovulation, but shouldn’t be relied on as a contraceptive, because it doesn’t always work. In your case, if you want to conceive again and you’re still feeding Bub no. 1, maybe you should consider weaning her. Anyway, God bless you and I wish you all the best.
use OPKs (ovulation predictor kits) so you can tell when you are most fertile or better yet, get a ClearBlueEasyFertility monitor
take daily prenatal vitamins
start charting your fertility on fertilityfriend.com. this involves paying attention to your cervical fluid whenever you use the toilet and also using a digital basal body thermometer every single morning to take your temperature before you get out of bed. its easy and this will tell you exactly when you ovulate.
have intercourse the day you ovulate and the two days prior to ovulation. 96 percent of pregnancies happen as the result of sex the day of ovulation or the two days prior. So there are really just 3 days out of every cycle when you have a good chance of getting pregnant. t hat’s why its important to know when you ovulate!
good luck!
If you were / are breastfeeding, you probably wont get pregnant. If not, just keep trying. Maybe your body is just not quite ready yet
Try tilting your pelvis up after sex as well as making sure your partner has cut out smoking, drinking and is wearing lose underwear
Good Luck
