How can I get pregnant the night after sex? Or what can I do to get pregnant asap?

What can I do to get pregnant? If anyone could please give me tips on how to do so, or let me know what I can do after sex to get pregnant. My husband and I both really want a baby and we’re trying.

Just have a lot of sex…I don’t think you are up to doing the work for anything more complicated.
If you actually think you can get pregnant the night after sex, I think you shouldn’t have this baby in the first place.

Elevating your hips with your legs in the air for 20 minutes post sex will use gravity to help the sperm get to the egg! =)
if you have the sex on your fertile days, you have a chance but you aren’t automatically considered pregnant. it takes two weeks or more to create the baby horomones that will show positive on a pee stick, so thats why its reccommend to take a test after a missed period cus by then you are far long enough for the results to be accurate.

the link above tells you your most fertile days. it’s easy just start with the beginning of your last (or next if you aren’t pregnant this time) period.
I am now 15 weeks pregnant and did not know untill i was 6 weeks. it takes time.
Okay I finally understand what you are saying, you probably should have reread this before you posted it but I have not room to talk for some reason my writing doesn’t make sense most of the time because I get my thoughts messed up anywho, when people say the get pregnant the night after sex they mean that the have sex before they ovulate to get pregnant. Get the kit at walmart that has the ovulation test strips, pregnancy test, and something else in it I can’t remember what its called, but its made by clear blue easy and it will help you get pregnant. To really get tips read up on ovulation cycles.
