how come some people get pregnant so easily?

my aunt she even admitted it’s like near enough everytime she had sex she would conceive- obviously not everytime but like most of the time.
can someone explain to me how she gets pregnant easily, because i would love that to happen to me lol, right after i have my baby i want a huge family.
