I think you mean semen. Unless your partner is in the Navy.
Take the cork of a wine bottle, and shove it up there after he goes.
Or just do a hand stand until you feel all the "seaman" stop swimming.
After sex keep your legs up for 10-15 minutes. Missionary position is the best. Some say put a pillow under you it helps the sperms go in better.

It sucks, but the Navy doesn’t care about your fertile times. They send those seamen out no matter what! See if your seaman can use some leave so you can baby dance then.
Lure them into the cargo hold and then shut and seal the door really quickly.
well if keeping the SEAMEN in is your problem just lock the door and hide the key that will keep all them sailors in until you get pregnant
a good way to help you get pregnant is to have sex either missionary or you take top and as soon as your partner ejaculates lie on your back for about half an hour. you can prop a pillow under your rear if you want. some of the semen will still come out but it is an effective method. within 2 1/2 months of trying this method i found out i was 8 weeks pregnant. staying on your back will give the sperm a better chance at getting where you want them to go. i wish you the best of luck!

ppl please, serious answers would be very helpful. i have been having the exact same issue. my fiance and i have been ttc for a year now without luck. after about 3 months we noticed that for some odd reason after he ejaculated, almost instantaneously the majority of semen would seep out. we then tried using the pillow prop and lying on my back with my legs up. occasionally both of these managed to work. but for the majority of both these, no matter how long i would lie on my back full of semen and hope, about 2 minutes after putting my legs down. the semen would seep out again putting us right back at square one. i know how frustrating it can be and i apologize for not having an answer. i just want you to know that you are not alone with this issue. i wish you lots of luck.
Do you know how to sew? Take a needle and some good quality thread (trust me, you don’t want it snapping! Yikes! What a mess!) and stitch up your hoodiewoodie. The seaman won’t be able to escape.
U can buy instead-soft cups at CVS by the tampons for around $7. After u have sex & he slowly pulls out, have him insert & they can be left in for up to 12 hrs. That’s what i’ve tried this month with my 1st round of 50 mg clomid as well. They are known to help hold the sperm closer to the cervix during or near ovulation time. Dear, i know how u feel. I also had the same pbm. For maximum seepage of semen to inside, you have to keep a pillow under ur bump and keep ur legs elevated upwards almost 30 degrees. For at least half-an hour hold it. I would say do before sleep so that u can sleep that way almost. In case u have to put ur legs down after 15-20 mins u can. by that time whatever comes out is only the water and the useful stuff would have already have gone in
