How does the process of procreation work with seahorses?

Just 3 minutes ago, I found out that male seahorses give birth. I’m wondering how this works — how the male gets pregnant from the female seahorses? Are their bodily organs swapped — from what we’re normally used to seeing on humans and most animals (you know).

Male and females are not deifned by who carries the developing embryos. Its the matter waht is donated during the fertillisation. The partner who donate only DNA and no cytoplasmic matter is male. The one who donate DNA along with cytolamsic content is female.
IN sea horse female deposit the eggs in brooding pouch of male. Male fertilises the eggs and then carries the brood upto birth. Thus here male become pregnant and that is different than what we see in other animals. Apart form brooding pouch no other organ of female is acquired by the male.
