It took us almost 3 years!
I regret going on the pill… It wasnt YAZ
I was only on it for 3 months, but it messed up my system MAJORLY!
I have heard many success stories, and everybody is different…
All I can say is that if I could turn back the hands of time (for myself)
I wouldnt have gone on the pill
Im sure my situation isnt the "norm" but you still have to remember the risks when taking interactive measures with your body’s reproductive system…
The choice is yours, and I think It’s more responsable and more moral than getting pregnant and having an abortion or taking the morning after pill…
Good Luck
EDD Jan 5 2010
there really is not a normal "wait" time…it depends on your body. both me and my sister got pregnant the first month after getting off the pill.
i got pregnant the week of the placebo pills, no joke.
I had my period the week of the sugar pills, the next month I was 4 weeks pregnant
I was on Yasmin for 6 years…I conceived the same month I stopped taking them.
I took me 3 weeks to get pregnant after coming off of Ortho-Tri Cyclin Lo. I was on it for about 4 months. I thought I was pregnant on the pill when my cycle never came at the end of one pack. I stopped taking it. First ultrasound showed that I was 3 weeks behind where I thought I was. Of course, meaning that conception was 3 weeks after I stopped the pill. He’s now 3 and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
Came off the generic version of Yaz on Sept 20th and my first pregnancy test came back positive on Oct 14th…
SO not that long but I also started tracking my ovulation days ASAP by using ovulation predictor kits and fertilityfriend.com
