Are all positions created equal or are some better than others?
I heard that if the girl goes on top then she has a better chance of getting pregnant

It’s best for the girl to be on the bottom.. preferably with knees up to her chest, or u can put a cushion under the lower back.. this just helps gravity on it’s way regarding the sperm.. and the penis also goes as deep as possible which is what u want to get sperm closer to the womb

guy on top coz they can go deeper then and the sperm can get closer to the cervix:) or doggy..
i dont know how scientificly correct my theorys are but just by taking gravity into account i would think that it would be better for the girl to be on the bottom. I guess it is irrelevant though and it just has to be the right time (not meaning that in a sort of mystical way)

It’s not about the position, but about the time of month.
my sister in law & her sister both swear that laying down while having sex, like spooning, will get you pregnant plus a little girl! that’s how they both said they did it.
well i fell pregnant by forgetting, ovulation positions etc lol.. but no not girl on top sperm comes out and well guy on top meens penis goes in deeper which means sperm go in deeper
i think any position is gonna work. what girs do is lie down upon a cushion with there legs in the air to help the spermtravel farther whether there is any truth though!!!!!!
