Its always nice to start with taking vitamins. If your period is normal then you should be ovulating 2 weeks from the first day of your period. Mine were never normal. If my due date is correct then I ovulated 3 weeks from the first day of my last period. It took me 8 years to get pregnant so I can honestly say that standing on your head after sex doesnt work
The only things that I know of that we did different was instead of haveing sex practicaly every day we were maybe once a week if that. and I had alot of family and friends praying for me to get pregnant. I dont mean to sound like im preaching but I honestly believe it was the power of prayer. I had got to the point where I really didnt think I could have kids and even started telling those people who ask " when are ya ever goin to have kids" that I couldnt. There is nothing more annoing and deppressing when youve tried for years then when people unnowingly throw it in your face. Good luck!
Food? No you need to have sex. That’s really about it unless there is a problem.
I would give up trying to get you’re husband pregnant and concentrate on you’re self.
I myself have fathered several children so If you’re husband is unable to deliver the goods I may be available to help.
1. Do your medical checks
2. Take folic acid supplements
3. Relax and enjoy yourselves
Take a good prenatal vitamin – rich in folic acid and all your B vitamins in particular B6 & B12 – you might have to take an additional supplement to get all the B12 you need. Get on a menstrual calendar and look into charting your temps so you know exactly when you’re ovulating – it’s not hard just hard to remember and lots of sex even when you are not supposed to be ovulating it helps his sperm quality.
You should chart your bbt on fertilityfriend.com or use opk’s to determine when you ovulate! Good luck!
