if you know the first day of your last period then go to babycenter.com and use the ovulation calculator. and after you have sex put pillows under your rear and elevate it while putting your legs up on the wall. Mainly just keeping the sperm in you as long as possible.. but an hour should do it
I dont think sleeping positions have anything to do with getting pregnant. Just time everything correctly.
