Trying to get pregnant… Help?

We have been TTC since Sept 2008, and in April I had an eptopic pregnancy in my ovary which they had to remove during emergency surgery. Dr. said I should wait until after I had 3 normal periods before trying again. Well tomorrow will be our 1st fertile day to try. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help us get pregnant? Or any helpful ideas on things I can take besides prenatal vits or yams?

I read and heard from somewhere that after he "arrives" he should take your hips and move them into the air. That way your Vagina is in the air, and this is said to help the semen go down to the ovaries.
I alos heard that doing this after the missionary position is great too. You should try the hips and Vagina in the air…

well guy on top is more likely to get you pregnant, also a good diet that is healthy, when the guy has ejaculated in you raise your hips up i heard that helps also when your ovulating have alot of sex
