I’m 27 weeks pregnant with twins can’t get comfortable in bed any more!!
I have a big bed that’s sorta high (now it’s getting hard to climb up there now) and I sleep with my bf Cayo
any idea how to get comfy???

get you a body pillow, one of those long pillows they sale at Ross, Wal Mart, Target, etc. I put on under my belly and between my legs, with two pillows under my neck and head, and tilt my body to a side, and sleep like a baby, I am fixing to be 20 weeks, ur still farther than me, but its worth a try. I have been sleeping on my daughters bed, its lower than mine, because it does get difficult to climb up there.
theres is only one way to sleep while pregnant .. on your left side of your body with a pillow between your legs.. iam use to sleeping on my right side now i cant even sleep since iam use to sleeping on the right side of my body
I’m not sure if it’s possible to actually be comfy, but I started using a body pillow, and that has helped tremendously, especially since you’re supposed to sleep on your left side for the most part. For some reason, having the pillow between your legs and allowing your right leg to be elevated that way really helps a lot. I’ve slept much better since I’ve started using one. Also, if you’re having leg cramps, you can also try to be sure and eat a banana every day. Those help with muscle cramping. Hope you start sleeping better. If you’re like me, you still won’t get the same kind of sleep as you used to, but you can think of it as preparation for when you’re up all night with your babies!
I found that using a lot of pillows helps me sleep, I also have a hard time trying to get comfortable at night, I toss and turn, and I never used to do that until I became pregnant. So getting a body pillow, and using a pillow between your legs will help out.
I am 35 weeks and I have tried EVERYTHING. I have six pillows and a body pillow at my disposal that are useless. I am at the point where nothing works, my hips hurt and my back hurts and my abdominal muscles pull and half the time i wake up with heartburn. I truly believe I will get more sleep after she gets here. I was not nearly as uncomfortable with my first 2 pregnancies.
good luck!
BUT…I had my sweetie lower the bed for me, it’s much better now. LOL sorry I wasn’t more positive and helpful but thanks for the vent
