What is the best position to get pregnant?

I was just wondering what position would be best to get pregnant, because we’ve been trying, but with no luck. Thanks

This positioning during is not necessarily the determining factor but rather the preparation before and after. There are many different yoga poses that can be done before that will increase your fertility and then afterward to increase conception. Legs up the wall is one of them as others have commented. A pillow under your bottom with legs up resting against a wall. Make sure you are not tense during this time you need to close your eyes, relax, breathe and visualize the sperm entering your cervix. The mind is a wonderful tool to use.
There are actually specific Yoga routines that you can try if you are TTC for fertility I highly recommend trying it, it worked great for us. Check out the links below if you are interested in trying a practice at home.

Any position works, but they say that missionary (female on bottom, on back) and doggy style get the semen/sperm closest to the cervix. A commonly unknown fact about semen is that it forms a clot after being released into the vagina, so it will stick up near the cervix where it needs to go. It takes at least 5-10 minutes for it to "melt", so it is best to lay on your back with legs up for about 15+ minutes after sex, to allow for it to run inside the cervix. Also, make sure that your lube is sperm friendly. No water, saliva, or spermicidal lubes. Pre-Seed, Pre-Conceive Plus, and Pre’ are all sperm friendly lubricants that work well. Hope this helps!
