what is the best positions to get pregnant?

i am 29yrs old female married. i’ve been trying to get pregnant for almost 4yrs now and we visit the some doctors already to find out what was the problem but they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. so what is the best position to concieved?

Pretty much any position that allows for deep penetration (eg: Missionary or Doggie). I’ve heard Girl on Top isn’t that great, because of gravity pulling everything downwards quickly, but I’ve also heard of women getting pregnant with that position, so you might as well try if you’re bored of the same old, same old.
You can also try using a lubricant that’s sperm friendly (eg: Preseed). Most lubes can make it difficult for the sperm to move through, or even kill them. Ditto on anything oil based, or spit.
Lastly, try putting a pillow under your butt after sex, and staying still for 15 mins or so. I don’t know if it will for sure help, but it can’t hurt, right? Plus, it’s a good way to relax and reconnect with your partner. Trying to conceive can be stressful, so remember to pay lots of attention to each other.
