when are the most common times to become pregnant when you miss a pill?

I’ve missed 3 pills then had unprotected sex, i know it’ll be hard to explain on here but on the microgynon 30 packet when are the most likely times you can become pregnant? please try and explain or add me on Princess_sophie22@hotmail.com to explain better thanks.

so it seems to be saying the first week?
But I know for triphasic pills it’s worst in the 3rd week
You can become pregnant any time you miss a regular dose of birth control. That is why they tell you that you have to take it every day around the same time for it to be most effective. Even missing one pill can make someone ovulate! Best thing to do- Take your pill as prescribed and use condoms or spermicide as your back-up.
